I think the best feature of the website are their “download” button, without any ads or hidden link, you just click the download button, and BOOM, it will straight download the pattern file that can be tile together.

Since HTML5 Video support come out, I always finding a way to implemented it into my clients website, but I have a lot problems dealing with browser compatibility (some still don’t support HTML 5 technology) and the video filetype conflicts (ogg, webm, h264), well, stress no more, because SublimeVideo just make their HTML 5 video player free! But it’s not without trade-off, your video showing will have their logo watermark on it, to disable the water-mark, you have to subscribe to their plan as below.

When people ask me “What did you do for living?” I response to them “Motion Graphic Designer”, Their first initial response was..”Oooh..cool” with their perplexed face…then I ask “Do you know what is Motion Graphic?”, then they will answered “no” very relief. Well, the term “Motion Design” are not known well enough puzzled me a lot, since people run into Motion Design almost everyday in their life. For example, the Tv Commercial they seeing on Tv, Title animation in Movies, Corporate Videos ..and so on.

Well, I think it’s time for people to start appreciating the art of Motion Design, and the video below explain exceptionally good on what Motion Design are all about.

Turn a static letter into moving letter.

Or animate corporate logo.

Or to help to bring a photography to life.

You can also create a whole world from illustrations

Motion Design can also portray characters, however they do not directly express themselves.

Motion Design was born at the very start of cinema, and began to really come alive in the 1940s with experimental artists like Oskar Fishinger and Norman McLaren. …until a spectacular rise after the 1950s thanks to designers such as Saul Bass, Maurice Binder and Pablo Ferro…

Meanwhile, in the 1950s television started to animate its logos and titles…continuing in the 1960s…1970s…1980s..up until 1990s

Because although this art form has now existed for more than a century, it has literally exploded in the last 15 years thanks to the digital revolution.

Film credits, TV channel identities, websites, mobile phones, tablets, TV advertisements….Motion Design is omnipresent.

I have just been awe by the newest google chrome HTML 5 music collaboration between the band OK Go, the dance troupe and choreographers Pilobolus, and Google, you can embed your message in a music video and have the band dance it out. The band and Pilobolus dancers are filmed through a clear floor, making increasingly complex shapes and eventually words—and messages you can write yourself.

OK Go are well-known for their delightfully creative music videos, including Here It Goes Again, their first work featuring half a dozen treadmills, and This Too Shall Pass, based around an extraordinary Rube Goldberg machine—both of which have become extraordinarily popular on YouTube. We’re excited to collaborate with them on another project that finds its natural home on the web.

But the best of all, the music that featuring in the video, “All is Not Lost” are both inspiring and sensational. Below are the lyrics.

Apple unveiled the new Final Cut Pro at the FCPUG Supermeet on 12 April as rumored, it still primarily use to edit video, but this time, the user interface finally being updated to match the more modern “iMovie” looks. The new version includes such features as color management, background rendering, improved keyword and metadata support, and a magnetic timeline that lets you move clips around without trim collisions with other clips.

This time around it added the word “X” into it, which match the Mac OS “X” word, from the initial screenshot, it look exciting !

But anyway, black eyes peas comes out with a new music video with their latest “radio” song “meet me halfway”, the song sound very weird at first, but after they pair with the music video, it sound AWESOME. Why ler ?? because..

1. Although fergie is not that beautiful, but come on, girl with sexy clothes with mysterious forest background!!! it’s working, the you can see, but you cannot see effect.

2. Wicked gadget like honeycomb spectacles and big triangle chest bling, merge with legendary dessert, you come out with cray guy in the middle of no where.
